Where we have collected personal information, we have done so for the purpose of establishing you as a financial member and to allocate a membership number that allows you or your nominated contacts to access our services and benefits.
Failure to provide all the necessary details may result in us being unable to process this application.
We disclosed this information to Countrywide Tolstrup and Guild Insurance, licensees of HBIA. We also disclose this information to contractors, trainers, our mail house (“third parties”) and as required or authorised by any law, tribunal, or the Act. Any such third parties have agreed to abide by our privacy policy.
Your consent to HBIA disclosing the personal information contained in the application form or obtained during the course of my membership to the third parties for the purposes of ensuring the provision of HBIA services and benefits, unless I have advised the Privacy Officer otherwise.
Subject to ticking the required ‘do not disclose’ box on your membership form or advising us otherwise the, you consent to the HBIA disclosing the personal information contained in this form or obtained during the course of my membership to Countrywide Tolstrup and Guild Insurance for ensuring the provision of HBIA, Countrywide Tolstrup and Guild Insurance services and benefits.
If you do not want your details provided to Countrywide Tolstrup or Guild Insurance you will need to have advised us by ticking the appropriate ‘do not disclose’ box on your membership form when you join/ed and returning it to the HBIA Privacy Officer.
