How to Apply

 

To become a member of the HBIA, simply complete an Application Form and return it along with you payment to HBIA, Suite 212 / 737 Burwood Road Hawthorn 3122 Melbourne Victoria or fax it to 03 8862 6625 with your credit card details. Click here to download an Associate member form

Fee Structure (excl. GST)

 

Base Fee:        $360.50

Full Time Staff:    $24.70 each

Part Time Staff:    $12.40 each

 

-  Once off $50.00 Joining Fee (includes your Membership Kit).

-  Capped Fee $750.00 (incl GST).
